Whitney Port wore this dress last Thursday to the LG Lotus Elite Party at The Palms Place in Las Vegas. Since then I can't stop thinking about this dress and so I decided to get one of my own. Well at least a smiliar looking one that was inspired by hers, seeing that hers was a white silk and lace vintage gown.
