Style Jacker: Ciara or Tinsley

Ciara and Tinsley Mortimer both wore this playful asymmetrical Versace mini, but who do you think looks best? I'm not too crazy about this dress but I do love the matching Versace shoes that Ciara is sporting.

    Not really liking the dress but I think Tinsley rocked it better. It is very ill fitting on Ciara.
