Sometimes she gets it right and sometimes she gets it all wrong. But I definitely approve of this embellished powder blue dress Leighton Meester wore to the 14th Annual Hollywood Awards Gala. The dress just so happened to be fresh off the spring 2011 runway of Elie Saab.
Hey, Leighton looks fabulous in this magnificent dress. Now she can pair up with gorgeous Blake. She's usually no compare to her... This photo really change my opinion!
