I really liked this Falguni and Shane Peacock dress when Fergie first wore it, however, I just didn't like it on her! Now less than two months later actress/singer Tiffany Hines wore the same exact dress to the People's Choice Awards and managed to make it look three times better! From the cute bob haircut-to the makeup-to the overall fit, Tiffany gets my vote for wearing it better. What do you think?
