Style Jacker: Olivia Palermo or Victoria Beckham?

It's always fun to see someone challenge the always stylish Victoria Beckham in a fashion showdown. Especially when they are wearing something that miss VB designed herself. This time it's Olivia Palermo vs. Victoria Beckham in a yellow frock which Victoria wore first to an event in London. While Olivia wore hers more recently to  "The Ledge" screening in New York. And personally I think Olivia wore it better, and she also has the better shoes! I love how it fits Victoria Beckham, but overall I prefer Olivia Palermo's look. What do you think?
