Everyone says that Breakfast At Tiffany's is a classic and I finally got my chance to watch it and see why! The movie itself was pretty good but I was totally in love with Audrey Hepburn and her fabulous wardrobe...It was kind of distracting. Not only did she look stunning in every scene--the hair, the makeup, the clothes--but so did the extras and supporting cast! All of the women in the movie were flawlessly styled. And the part I enjoyed most about the film was actually the extras! I really enjoyed seeing the behind-the-scenes footage and a closer look at her outfits. If you get a chance to watch the movie you must get the special Anniversary Edition!
The video for Countdown is finally here! This is my favorite song from her "4" album...Although I'm not too happy with the direction of this video, I still think it's pretty cute and artistic. And one things for sure, Beyoncé never makes a dull video!
Some of the most beautiful and iconic pieces from Audrey Hepburn’s vast collection of couture and accessories were sold yesterday at an auction for £270,000 ($435,180 USD). Its organisers were hoping the unique sale would generate well over £100,000 however, the final total brought in way more.
Dating from 1953 to the late 60s, the collection of couture included everything from belts, hats and tweed coats to stunning embellished evening gowns. Many of the 36 items that went under the hammer in yesterday’s auction were in Audrey Hepburn’s signature colours. She preferred to wear pastel colours, black and ivory with the occasional hot-pink statement. Amongst the rare items up for bids were a number of chic little black dresses by Valentino, stunning evening wear by Elizabeth Arden and beautiful couture pieces by her favourite designer of all: Hubert de Givenchy.
