Style Jacker: Celeb vs. Celeb

best dressed 12:46 AM

It's always fun to see celebrities go head to head in a fashion showdown and this time we get to see which celeb wore their LBD the best!

First there is Ciara vs. model Constance Jablonski, both in Pucci

Anna Faris vs. Lady Gaga, both in Moschino. They both look very chic but I love how Gaga is channeling Audrey Hepburn!

Kate Winslet vs. Kris Jenner, both in Stella McCartney. Everyone in Hollywood is wearing this dress-- take a look!

Naomi Campbell vs. Lucy Liu, both in Dolce&Gabbana. These D&G star dresses are very popular too right now!

Fashion Trends: Racerfront Dresses

fashion trends 12:08 AM

A new and refreshing trend has made its way onto the red carpet. Racer-front dresses are becoming more and more popular with celebs and has pulled away from the other typical, mundane red carpet looks. So I guess racer-fronts aren't just for tank tops anymore. What do you think of the trend? I really like it, anything with a sporty edge to it is good in my book! My personal favorite is Zoe Saldana's grey Michael Kors dress, but Stella McCartney also has their own great take on the trend. Have a look.

Fashion Trends: The Polka Dot Dress

Ashley Olsen 2:16 AM

I guess as a girl you're never too old to wear a polka-dot dress. Many of us may have worn these as young girls growing up but polka-dot dresses are having a major comeback in the fashion world. I even sported one for my birthday this year! They are pretty popular and have even been showing up on big red-carpet events. More recently Cheryl Cole wore a stylish one by Sonia Rykiel and paired it with even more polka-dots, with her Marc Jacobs wedges. Which could have been a fashion disaster but I think she pulled it off quite nicely. What are you're thoughts on this new trend...Do you hate it or love it?

Kristin Davis in the trendy white & black style

Cheryl Cole in Sonia Rykiel

Ashley Olsen in vintage Dior

Christina Aguilera in the traditional black & white style

Kate Winslet in a sexier & modern style by Stella McCartney

Liv Tyler also in Stella McCartney

Taylor Swift, in every color & style possible

Would You Wear This?

fashion 2:22 PM

Usually Kate Winslet is known for her great taste in fashion but I don't know about this one! She wore this Stella McCartney dress to the premiere of her new HBO miniseries, Mildred Pierce. I don't even know where to begin but this is not a flattering look on her. I love black dresses, and polka-dots, and sheer cutouts...but all of that on one dress is not working--neither is the length! And especially not for her body type. Kate is a beautiful and stylish woman but this would have looked much better on a younger, thinner girl. What do you think?
