Sunday night BET rolled out its "pink" carpet for the 5th Annual Black Girls Rock Awards hosted by Nia Long. The event, actually took place last month but was aired over the weekend. And this was one show that I didn't want to miss. The ceremony itself was created by Beverly Bond to empower and highlight the accomplishments of African American women. There were so many beautiful women in the audience and besides the clothes, I could not take my eyes off of all of the cute hair styles! Nia Long was the perfect choice for a host because she looked absolutely flawless. I loved how she looked from her hair, to her dress, to her shoes, even her makeup--each were all on point!
