With the big "royal wedding" coming up later this month everyone keeps talking about wedding dresses! Unlike others, I'm not really counting down to the big day but I am interested in seeing which designer gown Kate Middleton will be wearing. Wedding dresses have become very popular recently--even for single women! Many celebrities have actually been wearing them down the red carpet. For that reason lots of designers are now getting more involved in creating wedding gowns. Last year Mathew Williamson launched his first bridal collection and has created a new one for this season. I may not be getting married anytime soon but I would definitely wear anyone of these dresses! Have a look...
These two are my favorite, I love the short & longer version
“The pieces are all characterised by feminine, diaphanous silhouettes, great attention to detail through the use of delicate pattern, hand beading and embroidery”

It's almost here. Starting April 13th The Matthew Williamson for Impulse collection will be available at Macy's! The collection has a bohemian style and will feature separates and collectible '70s-inspired dresses, priced on average from $50 - $120, with specialty pieces selling up to $300. It will only be available at select Macy's stores, 225 in total, and I am just hoping that I can get my hands on at least one gorgeous dress! This is just in time for my birthday!
“The collection aims to capture the essence of the mainline brand, with a focus on effortless glamour, dynamic prints, loosely structured silhouettes and pops of strong color. I’m thrilled to see the final collection come to life"--Mathew Williamson
Sunday night BET rolled out its "pink" carpet for the 5th Annual Black Girls Rock Awards hosted by Nia Long. The event, actually took place last month but was aired over the weekend. And this was one show that I didn't want to miss. The ceremony itself was created by Beverly Bond to empower and highlight the accomplishments of African American women. There were so many beautiful women in the audience and besides the clothes, I could not take my eyes off of all of the cute hair styles! Nia Long was the perfect choice for a host because she looked absolutely flawless. I loved how she looked from her hair, to her dress, to her shoes, even her makeup--each were all on point! Take a look at some other ladies who rocked the pink carpet.

I know this might not be a big deal to any of you but I was so excited to see one of my sets featured on the front page of the Polyvore website. There are so many creative and stylish sets on there and I'm just glad that one of mine got recognized. I am telling you, that site is so addictive! I actually created this set for a contest so I am keeping my fingers crossed for a win! Wish me luck.
Right now everyone is raving about her new hair-do but myself, I was more interested in her outfit. Honestly I didn't even recognize her at first but Sienna Miller looks great in this gold metallic draped Matthew Williamson minidress! And yes, I am loving the new hair as well. The blonde highlights and fringe bangs look amazing on her.
