Who wore this Herve Leger Pre-Fall 2013 look the best, Beyonce or Katy Perry? You all know how much I love/obsess over Herve Leger so this face-off is a win/win for me. I loved it when Katy Perry first wore it last month at the Kid's Choice Awards (although it may have been the wrong occasion) and I think it looks great on Beyonce too. But who pulled it off better?

Beyoncé covers the May issue of British Vogue for the first time. She also appears on the latest issue of Shape magazine, looking very hot and fit! I don't know how she does it, but some how she has managed to look even better since having a baby!
