Although the show hasn't officially aired yet, looks from this year's Billboard Awards are already rolling in! Have a look at what all the ladies were wearing to the music event in Las Vegas!

 The Little Black Dress is back on top in the fashion world! Here are my favorite all black red-carpet looks of the week. Surprisingly, Ke$ha actually made the list!

It seems that a lot of the stars skipped the red carpet at this year's MTV Movie Awards, but those who walk the red carpet looked great! Black and white appeared to be the popular color choice of the night and I especially loved Kylie Jenner's all white look. I even think she upstaged her big sister Kim! Another celeb who looked great was Selena Gomez. Her gold fringe dress and funky braided do was perfect for this type of award show. And believe it or not, I must give credit to Snooki for the most improved look--I thought she looked pretty elegant for once. However, I was very disappointed in Kerry Washington and Chloe Grace Moretz who are usually on top of their fashion game. Have a look.

Although not everyone has arrived and worked the carpet just yet, I have to say Rihanna is the best dressed star of the night. She went back to her short black hair and I am loving it! She looks so chic and flawless. I wish I could say the same for Alicia Keys however, who I think is the worst dressed of the night...but there are a few other close calls. And congratulations to Amber Rose who showed off her baby bump for the first time! (Didn't Beyonce do that last year?)

Rihanna has already finished her new video for Rockstar 101 even though she just announced last week that it was going to be her next single. The video also features Travis Barker, who is teaching her how to play the drums for her upcoming "Last Girl On Earth" tour. After seeing her performance on American Idol last week I'm very excited to see this video now! You can just tell it's going to be good.

Ps. Speaking of the tour, Nicki Minaj was supposed to join her but she quickly backed out; with alot of people saying Rihanna kicked her out because she didn't want to be upstaged. I don't know it sounds ridiculous to me because really who can upstage Rihanna right now?
