Out of the blue Tyra Banks announced today that she will be ending her talk show next year. I know she always wanted to be like Oprah, but really this is going a bit far and I don't think she thought this completely through. Sure her show isn't the best but it's still pretty good and entertaining, she did win two daytime Emmys after-all! The Tyra Banks Show will officially wrap in spring 2010, at the end of its fifth season and I can't say that I won't be sad. Where else am I going to pick up fashion and makeup tips from a former Victoria's Secret model and the two Jays? The show has only been on the air for 5 years and I was hoping to see it go further, but I guess when it's time to move on it's time. Besides we can still see her on America's Next Top Model and her upcoming film projects.

I'm not too sure how old this picture is but I saw Paris Hilton wearing this shirt and I thought it was sooo cute! My guess is judging from her BF in the pic, she probably got this shirt within the last two years, so there's still hope that I can find one for myself. Is it sad that I can guess her wardrobe timeline by looking at who she was dating for the moment?!

A few weeks ago while I was looking through a few magazines I couldn't help but notice that many of my favorite trendsetters and style icons were related. It seems like some of the best dressed celebrities of today just so happen to be sisters. I have a little sister and I have to admit that the best part of having a sibling is borrowing eachother's clothes!

There's only 4 days left of the year and everyone is putting in their opinion on which things were most popular in 2009. Who knew the top trend in hair would be to have no hair--it seems like everyone was cutting off their hair this year. Remember a couple of years ago when Britney Spears shaved her head and everyone thought she was crazy? Well maybe she was just being fashion forward! Now two years later women are sporting short bobs, faux bobs, mohawks, buzz cuts, and the most popular, half shaved heads. Two people who really got this trend going were Rihanna and most definitely Cassie. Rihanna seems to be the queen of all haircuts (besides Victoria Beckham & Halle Berry) and Cassie really made herself more popular once she shaved her hair off! Kim Ellery is an Australian fashion designer who studied Art and Design in London, worked as a Stylist/Market Director for Australian fashion magazine RUSSH, and launched her own fashion line in 2007, all by the age of 25! I am so jealous right now!... I just discovered her line and I'm already very much in like with it.
