RIP Karl Lagerfeld

I am so sad and shocked to learn that Karl Lagerfeld has died today. I always felt like he was one of those people who would live on for forever. But he will always be an icon and he most definitely will never be forgotten. His memory and creativity will always live on thanks to all the beautiful things he created over the years.

Just when I think I'm done for the night I come across Mary-Kate & Ashley Olsen's new Vogue cover. The famous twins grace the cover of the fashion magazine's newest best dressed issue (which comes out November 15). For this year's list there is a huge focus on celebrity sisters! "It's been a year of sisters, most famously with Catherine and Pippa Middleton," Mark Holgate, Vogue Fashion News Director and Editor of the best dressed issue. [But] are there any more chic, stylish, cool, and original sisters than Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen? They are incredibly stylish."

The Luckiest Girl in Hollywood, Blake Lively, was carried into the Christian Louboutin cocktail party by Mr. Louboutin himself. On Tuesday night he held a private party at Barneys in New York and showcased his latest shoe collection! Now this is one party I wish I could crash--Blake Lively plus the Olsen Twins, plus the Blonds...and hot shoes! Every fashionistas heaven....
