I guess as a girl you're never too old to wear a polka-dot dress. Many of us may have worn these as young girls growing up but polka-dot dresses are having a major comeback in the fashion world. I even sported one for my birthday this year! They are pretty popular and have even been showing up on big red-carpet events. More recently Cheryl Cole wore a stylish one by Sonia Rykiel and paired it with even more polka-dots, with her Marc Jacobs wedges. Which could have been a fashion disaster but I think she pulled it off quite nicely. What are you're thoughts on this new trend...Do you hate it or love it?

Cheryl Cole in Sonia Rykiel
Ashley Olsen in vintage Dior
Christina Aguilera in the traditional black & white style
Kate Winslet in a sexier & modern style by Stella McCartney
Liv Tyler also in Stella McCartney
Taylor Swift, in every color & style possible
This isn't the most flattering dress but celebs seem to like it. First Rihanna wore the dress--from the Prada Resort 2011 collection--out in Paris to the Miu Miu fashion show. She paired it with blue socks and red pumps, along with a few colorful accessories. While Kristin kept her's more simple, with black heels and a higher neckline. What do you think? Who wore it better or should they not have worn it at all!
Once again these ladies and style icons did not disappoint when it came to red carpet fashion! Following up to their premiere in New York-- SJP, Kristin Davis, Kim Cattrall, and Cynthia Nixon each looked chic and dazzling at the Odeon Leicester Square theater. Although, I prefer their looks from the NY red carpet they still looked great and Kristin really stood out in her vintage gold sequined halter gown!
I am so happy that this movie is finally coming out this weekend! I feel like I have been waiting for forever to see this movie and I'm glad that I got a bunch of my girlfriends to watch it with me. I can't wait, would it be too much if I got a little dressed up for it haha? Anyways, here is a look at today's premiere of "Sex and the City 2" at Radio City Music Hall in New York City. All four ladies look great and I love how they sort of coordinated their dresses with bold solid colors (well minus "Samantha")!

Now Here are the Celebrity Fans...Where I pick Whitney Port & Jennifer Love for Best Dressed and Ashanti for the Worst
Whitney Port--Jennifer Love--Ashanti--And Candace Bushnell, creator of SATC
When I first saw this cover it reminded me of the cover Demi Moore shot for W back in December. And how can you forget that issue, seeing that it caused so much controversy over the airbrushing. I thought SJP was styled in the same exact dress as Demi but it turns out that they are slightly different. Both dresses are by Balmain from the Spring 2010 collection which was inspired by armor gear. After seeing them side by side I would have to say that I like Demi's a little more, it just has that extra edge and sex appeal. While Sarah Jessica Parker's is still cute with its unique sheer one-sleeve on the left. And I think it resembles an armor suit even more with the boatneck shape.
You can check out the rest of the spread here. SJP is the only one on the cover but the rest of the Sex and the City ladies made it into the photoshoot.
Ps. And of you subscribe to the magazine you get your own special cover that features Kim Catrall
Once again another Sex & the City movie poster has been released. This time all four ladies made it onto the poster. Unfortunately, it's very photoshopped and overly airbrushed just like the first two, but at least everyone gets to be a part of it. Even though that doesn't look like Kim Catrall's/Samantha's face...On the positive side, we now have only a few weeks until the movie comes out!!!
Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis, and Cynthia Nixon also made the cover of Japan's June issue of Harper's Bazaar. They all look great but the quality of the cover is very bad. It looks like they were copied and pasted from another magazine, but it's still a nice photo of them. However, with a cover this poorly made it makes me wonder if the inside cover-story is any better.
A new SATC 2 movie poster has been released and it's even more glamorous than the first one. This time the poster features Carrie walking through the desert of Morocco, while the first poster released a while back featured her strutting down the streets of New York. I must say, I'm glad they created another poster because this one looks 3 times better than the first. Aside from the excessive airbrushing, my only complaint would be that they left out the other three ladies again!
