I have no idea who made this skirt, but I want it!

Tonight Jennifer Connelly appeared on the Letterman show wearing a pretty ugly outift. Or so I thought at first. When she first walked out I didn't think she pulled the look off at all, but at the same time I had a feeling that her outfit was probably by some top designer. And I guess I was right--she was dressed in head-to-toe in Balenciaga. For some reason she looked perfectly fine when she first arrived, but during the interview the whole look just looked bad. Maybe it's just one of those looks that photographs well but doesn't translate on film.

Lately I have been doing a lot of shopping and so I thought this weekend would be a good time to clean out my closet and make room for my new clothes. After hours of cleaning I still have a longs ways to go, and two more closets to clear out...However, I did manage to put together a few outfits from the different pieces a rediscovered in my messy closet. The women in my life are always asking me for fashion tips and where to shop. So the other day I took the time to take my mother out shopping. She is always going through my closet and trying to borrow my things or copy my style. Recently I talked her into buying a few pairs of boots since she is always asking about my own; and now all she needs is a new outfit to go with them. Right now she has a pair of grey suede calf-high boots, black leather knee-high Steve Madden boots, and black buckle booties by Madden girl. I would love to help dress my mother but she is so picky and difficult to shop for. However, I did manage to find a few things for myself lol.
