This was definitely one of my favorite gowns of the night. It's not everyday that we get to see someone like Christina Ricci work the red carpet but she completely owned this look and looked so fierce. Not to mention that she and designer Zac Posen looked totally cute together on the red carpet as well!

This is my most favorite red carpet event! This year however, it caught me by surprise and took place sooner than I expected. Also this year I felt like every celebrity in Hollywood was invited. Seriously...There were so many dresses to look at and I have tried to recap the best ones. But I will admit there were a few ladies' gowns that were very unimpressive and they didn't make the cut on this post this year. The Costume Institute Gala is the one red carpet where you can truly push the envelope and go all out--why not enjoy it! So with that said here are the gowns I enjoyed the most!

Rihanna at her Reb'l Fleur fragrance launch at Macy's in New York City, dressed in a Mandalay ivory polka dot chiffon dress.

I love Lindsay Lohan. I think she is so pretty and I really enjoyed this photoshoot...Hopefully she can get her acting career back on track but if not she should seriously just model! Here she is for Blank Magazine's May issue shot by Steven Gomillion and Dennis Leupold and styled by Angelo De Santo.
