Blake Lively in Lanvin at the Spike TV 2010 Scream Awards in Los Angeles. While this gown received a lot of mixed reviews, I seriously loved it! And I love how she accessorized with the shoes. I'm starting to believe that she is the new princess of off the runway fashion! Seriously who is her stylist?
