Tonight at the AMAs Jennifer Lopez performed her new song "Louboutin", from her upcoming album LOVE? The cd will come out next year in march and features the new single, which to me could be the new shoe anthem for the ladies. Just like "Air Force Ones" and "Vans"- "Louboutin" is just the perfect song for us fashionistas!

Yesterday Nicole won Cycle 13 of America's Next Top  "petite" Model.  This was the first ever cast of models who were all 5'7" and under. This girl really deserved the title too, not only is she lovely but she has the look of a high-fashion runway model. Do you agree? Congratulation to her!

Tonight in New York they filmed the 2009 Victoria's Secret fashion show, which is its first time back in NYC since 2005. Last year the show was held at the Fontainbleau Hotel in Miami, and was also my least favorite show since the runway was setup completely different from past shows.  Differences included in this year's show will be the absences of a few popular Victoria's Secret angels, such as Selita Ebanks, Karolina Kurkova, Adriana Lima & Giselle Bündchen who are both still pregnant. Heidi Klum stated that she will not be walking down the runway and instead will host since she is still recovering from giving birth last month. But I did find a picture of her hitting the runway! I knew she wouldn't disapoint. And it was also rumored that my most favorite angel, Adriana Lima, who will not be modeling  may make a surprise appearance. Aside from Heidi, Miranda Kerr, Alessandra  Ambrosio and Marissa Miller, who got the honor of wearing the $3million diamond bra, will all be in the show. Also, the Black Eyed Peas will be performing and Fergie got into the spirit by dressing up in lingerie as well! CBS will be airing the show on December 1 and I can't wait!

Leighton Meester - New Music - More Music Videos

I noticed that lately Tim Gunn of Project Runway has been popping up everywhere on television this month. So, I have decided to put together a list of his current tv appearances, from this past week and future ones. I would encourage everyone to tune in and watch because this man has some great fashion tips, and let's face it, he is so charming to watch!

ps. There is a Project Runway Marathon airing on Lifetime today just in case you missed an episode and need to catch up before tonight's finale.

1. How I Met Your Mother: This week Tim started filming for the 100th episode of "HIMYM". The episode is titled "Girls vs. Suits" and will air next year in January. His character will be Barney's personal tailor/fashion consultant. (Jan.11)

2. The Biggest Loser: Tim was invited back for makeover week and helped contestants find flattering clothes that fit their new form and gave them more confidence. He also lent them his number one fashion rule- "The key to getting your fashion right comes down to 3 components: Silhouette, proportion and fit!(Nov.17)

3. The Oprah Show: On this episode Tim gave makeovers to men with horrible fashion faux pas! "Make Over My Man!" aired earlier today and will re-air tonight at 9pm. Once again he is quoted saying, "Men wear clothes that are too big for them. Silhouette, proportion and fit are our friends, and they will serve us well." (Nov.19)

4. Project Runway: Tonight is the season 6 finale and they will finally be picking a winner! Supposedly in tonight's episode, Tim has a bit of a fit/breakdown when the designers are not prepared for their runway debut. (Nov.19)

This month GQ magazine has chosen my favorite gossip girl, Leighton Meester and my fave Victoria Secret supermodel, Alessandra Ambrosio to grace the pages of the November/December's holiday issue. Leighton will be featured on the cover here in the US, while Alessandra will be featured in a spread for GQ UK.

This weekend the New Moon finally hits theaters. The other night in LA the stars of the film hit the red carpet premiere and really dressed to impress. Not only did the stars look good but so did the guests. Here are a few of my favorite looks of the night. By the way, did anyone catch the E News fashion police special dedicated to the whole movie?

Starting with my 2 favorite best-dressed

Anyone who knows me, knows that I am a forever21 fanatic. I am constantly blogging about it and have been shopping there for years...I was just there a couple of days ago in fact. However, back to the point- This week on Friday (Nov.20) the first issue will be available online and within their stores. Their main goal in launching this magazine is to reinforce their belief that anyone can achieve a high-end look, no matter what the budget. Each issue will include two to three features, a fashion gallery of looks with styling tips, coverage of trends available at Forever 21, street style, makeup and beauty tutorials, a lifestyle section including the latest in books/art/music, and coverage of noteworthy Forever 21 collaborations. The magazine will also be a seasonal publication, available as a gift with purchase of $40 or more in all Forever 21 stores nationwide, as well as free to view online at Forever21.com (Source)

Here is a look at the very first cover!

A couple of weeks ago Oprah dedicated an episode of her show to shoes, handbags, and accessories. According to Oprah and her team, there are six essential shoes and boots that every woman and stylish girl must have in her closet. Looking at my own shoe collection, I think that I have made O proud. Here is the list and let me know if you agree or disagree with her fashion law. Also check out what I have in my closet and let me know what you think! And don't forget to read the whole article at her website.

1. Black Pumps: Just like the little black dress, every woman needs a little black pump

5. Tall Boots: A tall boot is the perfect solution when temperatures start to drop; you can wear it with a dress, you can wear it to the office, out at night or on weekends
