Here is Naya Rivera (Glee), Lil Kim (yes, that's her), and Carmen Electra all in the same dress. Who do you think wore it best? I might have to go with Carmen on this one; She has the right body and shape for it, and I love her basic black pumps! Lol, it's like the 3 little bears, Naya is too small, Kim is too big, but Carmen is just right haha....

Now here is a similar dress, pretty much the same thing except it's strapless. Still it need to go too!
