I feel like this post is long overdue but better late than never I guess. I wanted to share with you all a few of my favorite things I have in my closet. But first I have to say thanks to Polyvore who actually hooked me up with these amazing items! I joined their website almost two years ago and I do not regret it one bit. On Christmas day I was lucky enough to be featured in their Member Spotlight; where they showcased some of my sets and even mentioned my two blogs. So needless to say, the people at Polyvore have been very good to me--especially in 2011--and here are some of the best gifts I have received from them!

Giuseppe Swarovski Crystal Slingbacks

I know all girls love Christian Louboutin but my personal favorite shoe designer is Giuseppe! I waited months to get these shoes and I am still in shock that they are actually mine. However, they are so beautiful and expensive that I am actually afraid to wear them lol! And I don't know how celebs do it because they are sky high, I really need to practice my walk!

Marc Jacobs 'Rio' Handbag

I love, love, love Marc Jacobs so I was very thrilled to get this purse! The detailing is so beautiful and I'm a sucker for anything with exposed zippers. But because of all the zippers, studs, and material this purse is super heavy! But I still love it.

Tacori Black Onyx Ring

This was probably one of the coolest and most exciting gifts I have received from Polyvore. Only because I was able to work with the people at Tacori and have it specially fitted since the ring was hand made for me! It took a while for them to finish but it was definitely worth the wait!

Shoe Time: Giuseppe

I know that everyone in Hollywood is obsessed with wearing Christian Louboutins, but my personal favorite shoe designer has always been Giuseppe Zanotti. His shoes are always so fun & glamorous-- and right now I am in love with his Swarovski crystal slingbacks! And thanks to Polyvore and Nordstrom I will be getting my very own pair this Christmas!!! Not too long ago I won a contest on Polyvore where I was able to pick out a pair of designer shoes from Nordstrom's website. Originally I chose a pair of McQueen pumps but they ran out of my size! But luckily they updated their website and added the 2012 collection of Giuseppes--so of course I quickly forgot about the McQueens...I am so happy with my second choice and can't wait til' they arrive in December!

ps. These are the shoes I ordered. Love at first sight!

Karl Lagerfeld's Tribeca Film Debut

In celebration of their U.S. launch this April, Magnum Ice Cream has teamed up with fashion icon, Karl Lagerfeld, to create, produce and direct a series of three short-films. Each starring the always stylish, Rachel Bilson. The original film series offers Americans a look into the pleasurable lifestyle Magnum ice cream has cultivated around the world for more than 20 years. The three films titled--“Photo Mood,” “Applause,” and “Art Class,” will premiere at an exclusive event during the New York Tribeca Film Festival on April 21. And in addition to starring in the short-film series, Rachel Bilson will judge a Magnum-inspired contest with Polyvore, which launched on March 25. The winner, whose set best reflects the luxury of the Magnum lifestyle, will attend the premiere of the Karl Lagerfeld-directed film series during the Tribeca Film Festival.---(s)

And with that said, I was contacted by Polyvore this week and I am actually one of the finalist for the contest!!! Now all I have to do is wait for Rachel Bilson to pick her favorite set. So I am praying and wishing that she just chooses mine! Wish me luck everyone!

I'm not entirely sure which one of my sets has made it into the finals but here are my most viewed ones...I don't care which one she chooses I just hope she likes one of them!

Style Inspiration: Kim Kardashian

By now all of you guys know that I am totally in love with Kim Kardashian's style. Whatever this girl wears, she can do no wrong to me. She is definitely one of the best dressed celebs of today and she always inspires me when I get dressed up! She even inspired me to make this Polyvore set, which ended up on the front page yesterday. Check out some of her other lovely outfits (and shoes) from this past month that I enjoyed.
